Invocation
Invite Agni Dev to be present as a witness in the yajna
Chant the mantra 'Om Agnaye Namah' 11 or 21 times
Offering Seat and Water
Offer sacred wood to Agni Dev
Offer water with a feeling of purity
Lighting the Sacred Fire
Light the fire using ghee and camphor
Establish the fire in a stable and peaceful form
Offerings
Offer havan materials and ghee into the fire
Chant mantras with each offering
