Preparation
Take a bath in the morning
Wear clean yellow or saffron clothes
Clean the puja place properly
Place the idol or picture of Garuda Dev (along with Lord Vishnu if possible)
Sit facing East or North direction

Sankalp (Resolution)
Sit peacefully and take a sankalp
Pray for protection, courage, victory over enemies, and removal of obstacles

Worship Lord Ganesha first
Worship Lord Vishnu
Offer flowers, sandalwood paste, kumkum, and akshat to Garuda Dev
Perform abhishek with water or panchamrit
Offer fruits, sweets, and coconut as naivedya
Chant Garuda Dev mantras with devotion

Aarti & Pradakshina
Perform Garuda Dev Aarti with devotion
