The worship of Rani Sati Dadi is performed with devotion, faith, and purity. Dadi Ji is considered a symbol of strength, courage, sacrifice, and family protection. Worshipping Rani Sati Dadi with a sincere heart brings happiness, prosperity, and mental peace into life.

Preparation

  • Take a bath in the morning and wear clean clothes

  • Clean the worship area properly

  • Place an image or idol of Rani Sati Dadi on a clean platform

  • Sit facing east or north direction

  • Keep the mind calm and focused during worship

Required Items

  • Image or idol of Rani Sati Dadi

  • Flowers

  • Kumkum

  • Turmeric

  • Sandalwood

  • Incense sticks

  • Ghee lamp

  • Fruits

  • Sweets

  • Coconut

  • Akshat (rice)

  • Red chunri

  • Water vessel

Sankalp (Resolution)

  • Sit calmly and take a vow to perform the worship

  • Pray for happiness, peace, and prosperity of the family

  • Seek protection and blessings from Dadi Ji

Dhyan (Meditation)

  • Close your eyes and remember Rani Sati Dadi

  • Meditate on her divine and radiant form

  • Keep the mind focused in devotion for some time

Avahan (Invocation)

  • Invite Rani Sati Dadi to accept the worship

  • Chant 'Om Shri Rani Sati Dadi Namah' 11 or 21 times

Asana & Padya

  • Offer flowers as a symbolic seat to Dadi Ji

  • Offer clean water as a gesture of welcome

Snan (Bathing Ritual)

  • Offer clean water to the idol

  • Optionally bathe the idol with milk or Panchamrit and purify again with water

Alankaar (Decoration)

  • Offer turmeric, kumkum, and sandalwood

  • Offer flowers and a chunri

Naivedya (Offering)

  • Offer fruits, sweets, and coconut

  • Pray with devotion for acceptance of the offerings

Dhoop & Deep

  • Light incense sticks and offer fragrance

  • Light a ghee lamp

Bhajan & Recitation

  • Sing the Aarti and bhajans of Rani Sati Dadi

  • Optionally recite Dadi Ji’s Katha or Chalisa

Aarti

  • Perform the Aarti of Rani Sati Dadi

  • Rotate the lamp in circular motion and sing the Aarti with devotion

Pradakshina (Circumambulation)

  • Circumambulate around the idol or worship place 1 or 3 times

Pranam (Final Prayer)

  • Bow before Dadi Ji and seek blessings

  • Pray for family protection, happiness, and prosperity

Prasad Distribution

  • Distribute sweets and fruits as prasad

Important Guidelines

The worship of Rani Sati Dadi is considered especially auspicious on Amavasya, during the month of Bhadrapada, and on Fridays. Cleanliness, devotion, and self-discipline hold special importance in the worship. True devotion and a spirit of service are considered more important than ritual complexity.
